Muhammad Auwal Saidu is a seasoned educationist, administrator, and Islamic community leader whose career spans decades of impactful service in both Nigeria and the international academic environment. Born on 27th March 1966 in Zaria, Kaduna State, he has built a distinguished profile grounded in academic excellence, professional dedication, and committed service to the Muslim Ummah.

Auwal Saidu’s professional journey is marked by an impressive record within the education sector, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he served for many years under the Royal Commission’s Education Sector. His career at institutions such as Jubail Technical Institute reflects a strong commitment to innovation and quality improvement. He played a pivotal role in modernizing assessment systems by leading the transition from paper-based examinations to computer-based testing, a landmark achievement that enhanced efficiency and academic integrity. As a Course Director and senior academic, he mentored staff, supervised programmes, and contributed significantly to curriculum development, staff training, and institutional advancement.

Renowned for his leadership and administrative acumen, he has held several strategic positions, including Acting Chairman at the English Language and Preparatory Year Institute (ELPYI-JTI Campus), and Coordinator roles that strengthened language education programmes.
